Food / Eating Habits

I like to eat food very much. I feel happy when I'm eating food. However, I try not to eat too much because it is bad for us to eat too much. Eating is so important for us because we keep our health. I think that good eating habit is to have three meals a day regularly. I always have three meals a day. So, I keep my health everyday.
